Vision “Technical Promotion and Technology Development” The functions of Division of Technical Services and Planning Division of Technical Services and planning is in charge of the development planning, budgeting, legal affairs, information dissemination and service, internal system control, IT etc. 1. Subdivision of General Administration is responsible for clerical work and documentary management, executive secretarial work and national ceremony affairs 2. Subdivision of Planning and Budgeting is responsible for plan analyzing, planning and decision making, researching and assessing implementation of any plans in order to collect problems and find out the solutions, collecting and determining any standards and recording statistics for the performance evaluation. 3. Subdivision of Legal Affairs is responsible for consideration and examination of municipal laws, regulations etc. including claims and complaints. 4. Subdivision of technical services and promotion is responsible for information dissemination and services, public relation and any community support related to the municipal activities.
