1. Division of Construction Control and City Planning The function is to manage, control and be responsible to the performance of the division. Division of Construction Control and city planning has two subdivisions. A: Construction Control is responsible for engineering and architecture B : Building Control and City Planning are responsible for building control and City Planning 1. Do engineering design including calculation. 2. Initiate engineering works on construction project. 3. Give engineering advices and services to architecture works. 4. Provide engineering advices and architecture requirement and verify blueprints asking for permission to build, alter or remove the building. 5. Provide engineering design, information, and detail. 6. Collect information and detail needed for calculating and developing the detailed engineering designs. 7. Study, analyze and research engineering requirement. 8. Estimate the construction’s cost in engineering and architectural projects. 9. Control the construction works, to ensure that it conforms with the engineering plans. 10. Perform architecture design and sketches pertaining to visual aspects of building interior and decoration. 11. Initiate the projects, make a chart and supervise the construction works in architecture and interiors decorations. 12. Do related works as required projects to ensure success.
2. Division of Civil Works The function of the Division of Civil Works to control, handle and be responsible assigned duties. The Division of Civil Works has three subdivisions. A: Public Utilities Public Utilities have three sections. - Section of Public Utilities - Section of Public Parks - Section of Premises B: Mechanical Engineering and Traffic System Mechanical Engineering and Traffic System have two sections. - Section of Mechanical Center - Section of Traffic Engineering C: Sanitary Works Sanitary Works have two sections - Section of Garbage and Waste Disposal - Section of Waste Water Control and Treatment 1. The dams, footpaths, bridges, roads and buildings construction work and installations. 2. Initiating projects and control and supervise the construction work. 3. Repair and maintain buildings, roads, bridges, dams and footpaths. 4. Control and look after the building and site works. 5. Improve and protect the environment from pollution and toxins. 6. Provides advice, suggestions, recommendations or checking construction work within the community. 7. Supplies Usage Control and Civil Works. 8. Calculate cost estimates for projects, repair and maintain work. 9. Selecting the most suitable places of recreational park / sports areas including parks and zoological garden. 10. Control and maintain the places of recreation work. 11. Look after and maintain the trees and plants. 12. Plant and look after the cultivated seedlings and plants place and propagate the various plants. 13. Decorate the place or building using the various plants in an artistic manner. 14. Give advice, suggestions and disseminate information regarding architecture work. 15. Prepare estimates of cost for architecture and decorative works. 16. Control use of vehicles and machinery. 17. Check, repair, maintain the departments of vehicles and machinery. 18. Supply order and purchase spare part and equipment for vehicle and machinery. 19. Control the use of fuel and lubricating oil supplies. 20. Design and select the places for installation of electrical supplies for rites, traditional ritual and other functions. 21. Estimation cost of such work. 22. Take proper care of materials and equipment by preparing preventive maintenance programs. 23. Survey, design and calculate the electrical equipment needs including costs. 24. Control construction work during the installing the electrical equipment. 25. Maintain, repair all public electricity installations in the municipal area. 26. Provide advice and suggestions, regarding safety check of the electrical installations. 27. Control the garbage collections and sanitary systems. 28. Control the system of surface water drainage and the water sewage treatment plant and its function. 29. Do such other works as required to ensure snoot functions
3. Subdivision of General Administration Administrative work duties are: 1. Manage the operation of the organization. 2. Responsible for proper care, link, and provide the service for buildings, materials, and equipment. Contact and facilitate the cooperation with others. 3. Link between the municipal council, city council, and municipal officers. 4. Check the official regulatory document of the local government. 5. Guard the bureaucracy place’s security. 6. Request conferred medals of honor, Jakkapadmala medals for deserving people. 7. Set up the order or instruction and make announcement. 8. Receive complaint matter and petitions and forward to the concerned authority. 9. Do other works are required to ensure a smooth operation the organization.
