Functions of the Office of the Municipal Clerk. 1. Division of Directorate’s function is to control and to be responsible for the Subdivision of Personnel Administration, Subdivision of Municipal Enterprises Control, and Subdivision of Tourism Promotion 1.1 Subdivision of Personnel Administration is responsible for Municipality’s Personnel which is divided into - Section of Personnel Planning - Section of Personnel Selection and placement - Section of Personnel Structure Planning - Section of Government Official Data Registration - Section of Personnel Development 1.2 Subdivision of Municipal Enterprises Controls is responsible for - Section of Municipal Enterprises Establishments - Section is responsible for Checking all reports - Section is responsible for Controlling and caring of Municipal Enterprises Affairs - Section of working with the other divisions about Municipal Enterprises Affairs - Section of analyzing and developing for Municipal Enterprises 1.3 Subdivision of Tourism Promotion - Section is responsible for Development of the Municipality’s Tourism - Survey, collect and analyze all information, resolve problems, pertaining to tourism location, tourism business, tourism service and tourism in general and for development of the new and old tourism locations. - Protect, restrore and maintain the environment, culture, tradition, works of art, antique and places worth protecting. - Control and develop the guidelines for tourism business, and the Municipality’s tourism services. - Evaluate, provide advice for tourism development. 2. Division of Local Administration’s function is to develop, maintain and plan for Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Safety and Security, Civil Registration and Identification Cards. 2.1 Subdivision of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation - Maintain and plan for fire disaster by using technical knowledge. - Provide the information, suggestions, develop rules and procedures for fire prevention, natural disasters and others. - Summarize and prepare reports. 2.2 Subdivision of Safety and Security’s function is to do peacekeeping and resolve problems - Relating to care of the markets, hawkers, vendor’s stands and the other business. - Maintain and keep the country clean and neat. - Study and analyze the news and provide the plan or project that involve the Municipality’s peacekeeping and work with the office of the Governor and the District Office. 2.3 Subdivision of Civil Registration and Identification Cards - Work on Civil Registrations and Identification Cards to meet legal requirements. - Work on the registration of birth and death. - Acknowledge notification by individual in family who want to move. - Registration of individuals within families who are eligible to vote. 3. Division of General Administration’s function is to control, take care and be responsible for Clerical Works, Documentary Management, Executive Secretary, National Ceremony Affairs, Municipal Council Affairs. 3.1 Subdivision of Clerical Works and Documentary Management - Documentary Management - Maintain, arrange and provide the places, equipment, and tools. - Coordinate and facilitate the information management with other groups. - Responsible for arranging meetings of Municipality’s Charitable Public Affairs and the other divisions. - Verify important official document. - Section of Cleaning and Safekeeping the official places. 3.2 Subdivision of Executive Secretary - Documentary Management - Section of Administrator’s meetings - Section of The League of the south meetings - Prepare reports from the Administrator’s meetings and the league of the South meetings - Prepare for medals of honor, Jakkapad mala medals to be conferred on deserving people 3.3 Subdivision of National Ceremonial Affairs - Documentation Management - Plan projects to celebrate National Ceremonies Affairs - Coordinate and facilitate the preparation with the other groups - Work and plan the agendas for the meeting of the Local Government Organization Network, Trang - Prepare reports of meetings for the Local Government Organization Network, Trang - Collect and disseminate information and maintain historical records of the Municipaity’s news and information 3.4 Subdivision of Municipal Council Affairs. - Documentary Management - The meetings of council - Traffic Works - Maintenance and Repair - Supplies inventory control - Dispose of deteriorated supplies.
